NatGold Digital Closes US$1.50 Unit Private Placement for Gross Proceeds of US$766,500

Miami, FL – June 1, 2025 – NatGold Digital Ltd. (“NatGold” or the “Company”) today announced the closing of a US$1.50 unit private placement for gross proceeds of US$766,500. A total of 17 investors from six countries participated, including the United States, Puerto Rico, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Canada, and Belgium.

Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at a price of US$3.00 and is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Proceeds from the financing will be used to support pre-market infrastructure development and strategic outreach efforts related to the upcoming launch of the NatGold Token.
